DELIVERY QUESTIONS

Delivery takes up to 7-14 working days from when payment is cleared.
If you are giving a work address please clearly specify your company’s name. Please remember that deliveries take place during working hours, Monday – Friday, from 8am – 5pm.

Please ensure you give the exact correct physical address, as we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses.

The courier company reserves the right to recover costs of re-delivery if you provide them with an incomplete or incorrect address.

Not at this time. Daddy’s Deals acts as a third party supplier, and deliveries are handled either by a sourced courier service, or by the supplier. If you have any delivery queries please contact us directly.

PAYMENT QUESTIONS

Instant EFT via Payfast and select Credit Cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express).
All payments are secured through SSL. You will be required to enter an OTP (one time pin) which is issued by your bank. Daddy’s Deals does not store any personal financial information.
We possess within us two minds. So far I have written only of the conscious mind. I would now like to introduce you to your second mind, the hidden and mysterious subconscious. Our subconscious mind contains such power.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

Please note that if you no longer want the product, or have changed your mind, you may return it to the supplier within 7 days of receiving your item, provided:

  1. The product is unused and undamaged, with all original packaging and accessories, is fully intact, and is in a 100% re-saleable condition.
  2. The product has not been personalised for you, or made to your specifications.

The supplier and/or Daddy’s Deals are entitled to inspect the product in order to validate the return and refund. On confirmation of the return meeting the specific requirements, a full refund will be issued by Daddy’s Deals. All refund requests must be submitted directly to Daddy’s Deals on [email protected]

Please also note that upon return you do not make any markings on the packaging or on the item.

In instances where the incorrect product is delivered to you, or where a product is damaged during the delivery process please notify our support desk and a no-charge collection will be arranged. Policies as per above will apply, and if available, the correct product will be delivered to you. Alternatively a full refund will be processed on your request.

Defective products will be assessed individually by the supplier once the product has been returned in condition as per above. Replacement of a defective product will be determined by the nature of the fault.

No replacement products will be provided in cases where:

  • Faults are the result of normal wear and tear.
  • Faults are the result of negligence, user abuse or incorrect use of the product.
  • Faults are caused by electric surges or corrosion.
  • Faults are the result of unauthorised use of the product.
